Courage Ministries Leadership Team

The day-to-day operations of Courage Ministries are managed by a four-member leadership team. The roles that comprise the leadership team are as follows:

CLARK GIANSANTI

Executive Director

Oversees all activities of the ministry and serves as the primary point of contact with the Board of Directors

LILY O'DONNELL

Director of Staff

Development

Responsible for the development and mentoring of the staff and volunteers.

ANASTON GAERLAN

Camp Director

Oversees all day-to-day camp operations. This includes ensuring the development of
necessary programming materials, leading the staff and volunteers, ensuring a safe
environment which complies with all policies and addressing any issues which may arise.

MIA BRANDONISIO

Marketing and Media Director

Responsible for the development and execution of the overall communication strategy to effectively share the Courage Ministries story. This includes leveraging video, social media, emails and other channels, as appropriate.

Courage Ministries Board of Directors

The Courage Ministries Board of Directors is comprised of a team of individuals whose backgrounds
consist of a wide variety of talents and specialties. These experiences include church and parachurch leadership roles; non-profit leadership; business management; public school teaching; and discipleship program development. Parents of students involved in Courage Ministries' programs are also represented on the board.

The board has overall responsibility for providing:

- Sound governance

- Strategic direction

- Financial oversight

The board oversees:

- That the mission is adhered to and addresses a recognized need-

That all practices are ethical

- That legal requirements are met

- That Courage Ministries is staying faithful in all manners to God

The board members agree to:

- Discharge their duties in good faith

- Act in the best interests of Courage Ministries rather than their own personal interests or the interests of some other person or organization

- Make decisions in accordance with the mission of the organization, to uphold its bylaws and other policies and to not act in a way that is inconsistent with the goals of Courage Ministries

Board members serve three-year terms and may serve multiple terms. Each year the board elects from their membership a president, treasurer and secretary.
